About Our Optometry Team

We have been serving the community of Westminster since 2009. We are fortunate enough to have two excellent and knowledgable optometrists on staff.

Dr. Phuong Le is one of our optometrists on staff who received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry. He has served as an adjunct professor at the Optometric Center of Los Angeles, and his goal to continue to provide exceptional services to his patients.

Dr. Kellee Tea is our other optometrist who also received a Doctor of Optometry degree at Southern California College of Optometry. She completed her residency at The Eye Institute and stayed on as a clinical professor. Dr. Tea teaches low vision rehabilitation, ocular disease, emergency care optometry, and contact lenses.

Both of our optometrists are dedicated to providing exceptional vision services and promoting healthy lifestyles. Our eye doctors are compassionate and friendly, allowing you to feel comfortable every step of the way.

We are thrilled to have amazing optometric assistants on staff as well, including Hoa, Kathy, Jannie, Denise, Shela, and Cristina. They are the ones who can help with everything from conducting test to measuring vision.
